Right On Call

A receptionist on your own number, set up around one shop at a time.

Why we built it

A missed call in a home-service shop is a job that went to the next name on the list. Generic voice agents don't know the service area, the on-call tech, or which call is an emergency. Right On Call is for shops that want to keep the number they already advertise and stop losing the calls that come in while everyone is on a job.

Who it’s for

Ontario home-service, repair, property, and professional shops. English and French. On-site setup in Southwestern Ontario, remote elsewhere in the province.

What it does

Your line stays on your number. You decide when the agent answers. It separates emergency from routine, captures the job, books against availability, and sends a text confirmation. After-hours and overflow are the usual first jobs.

Where AI shows up

The call is the model. It listens, sorts emergency from routine, takes the details, and books or dispatches. Web-form leads can get a call back within minutes, before they dial someone else.

Use cases

  • Answer after-hours and overflow without a second hire
  • Separate an emergency from a routine booking
  • Book the job and text a confirmation
  • Call back a web lead before they try the next shop

Lab note

A missed call is a lost job

In home services, the customer who reaches voicemail calls the next shop. Why Right On Call is built around the number a shop already has.
